    I used this yeast to make a batch of my Imperial IPA. I did do a starter first since it was such a big beer and I have had problems with WYeast in the past. I am very pleased with the results. I used an Oxygenator and then pitched the yeast. I had active ferminatation in the airlock within 6 hours

  2. Love the smack packs!

    I smacked this pack a couple hours before pitching. It swelled up and got super tight. Pitched the yeast and in a few hours, I had an active fermentation. 24 hours later, one of the best airlock activity I've ever seen. Works as good as the WL vile.
