Excellent Review by Ryan
Brewed for a summer cookout and it was devoured. Great summer beer (Posted on 3/17/2019)
Very similar to Celis White Review by Catoptric
I've brewed several dozen beers so far and this turned out as one of the best. Use the Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast and you should have excellent results. (Posted on 9/19/2018)
Very clean beer Review by Catoptric
So far I have only tried the finished beer prior to bottling (in addition to reusing mini-keg barrels for a beer dispenser which is an ideal solution for a beer such as this,) and have been very pleased with the results. I primed the beer with a neem and clover honey which should contribute to some of the qualities, and had used Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast for fermentation, in addition to secondary clarifiying (though I still have a slight haze which is expected with this kind of beer.) I do believe the Witbeir yeast is especially good to use, as the result would have made it less authentic to the style. (Posted on 8/28/2018)
Easy drinking beer Review by SR88
Great beer, super easy to brew. I've brewed this style before, similar recipes, and this one turned out as good or better. Nice to have this in the rotation for something mellow and crisp to balance out some of the more aggressive brews I have on hand. Can't go wrong with this one! (Posted on 5/6/2018)
Nice Review by Porchcat
Great recipe. Brewed this many times. Great for a craft beer fanatic, but still more than pleases the the BMC or wine drinkers. I highly recommend Wyeast 3944 for this one! (Posted on 5/25/2017)
