Details

White Labs Monastery Ale (WLP500) Yeast is sourced from one of the oldest Trappist Brewery in the world. It is an excellent choice for high gravity  Belgian Dubbel, Tripel, and Quads. It produces a distinctive characteristic of plum, cherry, and bubblegum. 

Flocculation: Medium to Low

Attenuation: 75-80%

Temperature: 65-72F

ABV: up to 15%

Tips and Tricks: Lower fermentation temperatures (65-67°F) result in less fruity and more earthy beers.
