Details

White Labs Lactobacillus brevis (WLP672) is a lacto bacteria used for the traditional or kettle souring of beers. This strain produces more Lactic Acid then other White Labs Lactobacillus strains. 

Recommended Styles include Berliner Wiesse, Flanders Brown, Flanders Red, Geuze, Gose, Lambic

Note: This is a bacteria not a Yeast
