White Labs Flemish Ale Blend (WLP665) is a blended culture of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus. This culture produces complex, dark stone fruit characteristics and is used to produce the classic beer styles of the West Flanders region of Belgium. 

Flocculation: Medium to Low

Attenuation: 80-85%

Temperature: 68-80F

ABV: up to 12%
