We strongly recommend adding an ice pack to your liquid yeast order. We are located in Texas and even in the "winter" here it is sometimes hot enough here to harm yeast during shipment.
This Northern European-origin ale yeast is a low ester producer, giving your homebrew a clean malty profile. Also this low sulfur producing, low attenuating yeast helps to contribute a malty character. Good for Alt, Kolsch, malty English ales, and fruit beers.
