Details

This stain was taken from a very popular independant brewery in England, that is famous for their ESBs. This is best suited for English styles that require that unique English ester flavor profile. This can be used in styles such as ESBs, English Pale Ales, English IPAs, Bitters, and English Stlye Porters. There are also some well known brewers that also use this yeast for their American IPA to give it a different spin. This yeast flocks out great and leaves the beer crystal clear.
