Details

White Labs Berliner Weisse (WLP630) Ale Yeast is used to create a traditional Berliner Weisse at home. This blend of German Yeast and Lactobacillus can take several months to develop its traditional tart characteristics. 

Recommended Styles include Berliner Weisse, Gose, and Lambic

Flocculation: Medium

Attenuation: 73-80%

Temperature: 68-72F

ABV: up to 10%
