White Labs Belgian Sour Mix (WLP655) is a fantastic unique blend of yeast (Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces) and bacteria (Lactobacillus and Pediococcus). Perfect for creating traditional spontaneous fermentations found in Belgian Ales. 

Recommended Styles include Berliner Wiesse, Geuze, Gose, Flanders Red, Flanders Brown, Lambic 

Flocculation: Medium - Low

Attenuation: 70-80%

Temperature: 80-85F

ABV: up to 12%
