Weyermann Dark Munich Malt is 50% darker than their Light Munich. This grain is used to add a deep color and rich malt flavor to Dark Lagers, Dark Beer, Bock, Oktoberfest, Stout, Schwarzbier (Black Lager), Brown Ale, Dark Ale, Amber Beer.
Up to 100% may be added to the total malt content of a recipe.
