Weyermann Caramunich I produces increased fullness; heightened malt aroma; a full, round flavor; and deep, saturated color in Oktoberfest, Bock, Dark Beer, Porter, Stout, Malt Beer, Red Ale, Brown Ale, Amber.
Use 1- 5% of the total malt content of a recipe for light beer and pale ale.
Use 5-10% of the total malt content of a recipe for dark beer.
