LOVE THIS SMELL Review by Elbert

I love the Hops and Grain Mosaic IPA! The smell from an IPA made with these just draws me in every time. Going to try a Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Tropical IPA clone with these thrown in this weekend. (Posted on 2/2/2017)
Holy Hops, Batman!!! Review by Matt

There aren't, in My opinion, enough words to describe how versatile this amazing hop is. Bittering, flavoring, and aroma... Mosaic does them all with finesse, and hoppy musical flourishes. I have personally used this hop in single-hop pale ales, double IPA's, and even Tripels to great success!!! As a bittering hop, it shows the grassy notes you'd want, without the "gooseberry" that Citra can impart. As a flavoring, or aroma hop, look for loads of mango, apricot, grass, and even hints of vegetal bell pepper. Get to Stubby's, and get your hands on some now. Your palate (and your friends) will thank you!!! (Posted on 8/9/2016)

Very tasty, and versatile hop. Use a lot or just a little; you can't go wrong. (Posted on 8/9/2016)
Good stuff Review by Stephen

Made a mosaic IPA recently and these are fantastic. Very very mild on the grassiness when used as a solo hop. Not what I was going for but doesnt detract from its good qualities - strong citrus and dark berries. I do not get vegetal bell pepper from what I made as mentioned by Matt. Would definitely do as a solo hop IPA again. Its delicious. (Posted on 8/9/2016)
