The Thief by Fermtech

The Thief by Fermtech makes taking beer and wine samples easy. You simply sanitize the inside and outside of the thief, dip it once into the liquid allowing the tube to fill halfway, insert a sanitized hydrometer and take your reading. After the reading touch the tip of the thief to the container and the sample will gently empty back into the container. No wasted beer or wine getting a sample! Works in buckets, carboys, conicals, barrels, and more.
