Taco beer.....yes, please Review by Eric
If you like tacos and you like beer, you will love this beer. I thought Mikey was a little strange when he suggested making this beer. Once I tried it, I became a Tacoholic.
I have noticed that the Cumin flavor drops out half way through the keg. I added 1/2 teaspoon to the keg and I was back in business. (Posted on 4/25/2019)
Should've went to Taco Bell Review by SR88
I am not a fan of this one. I think someone down there at Texas Brewing had one too many when they came up with this recipe. Smelled and tasted great pre-conditioning, so I was really looking forward to tasting day. However, was a total disappointment in the end. A couple other folks reviewed it and liked it, so it apparently just doesn't suit my palate. Im not knocking T.B. So far every other recipe I've gotten has been fantastic! Just no more tacos for me.

Not a Strong Taco flavor, but tasty!! Review by Charles
Saw this on the website and since I am a taco fanatic, brewed the all grain. I will say that it turned out better than I thought. Was a bit slow to get the CO2 into it. But the longer it sits, the better. And I along with my drinking buddies found that a squeeze of lime into the glass enhanced the flavor. I kegged my batch. Good luck! (Posted on 5/29/2018)
Nice Ale Review by Royce
Brewed on the grain father. Hit all my numbers exactly. The coriander dominates the show (I crushed mine). Beer is lemony and slightly salty. Clean and refreshing. I will brew this again. (Posted on 5/14/2018)
