In this episode, we have the owners of Chimera Brewing Company in to talk about their brewpub off Magnolia Street in the Southside area of Fort Worth. They are known for their traditional Italian pizzas and tasty sandwiches as much as they are for their brews and the brews they support from a number of local craft breweries on 16 of their 20 taps.

 

Chimera has had its ups and downs since it started as Zio Carlo's and eventually morphed into Chimera. They even had our own Austin Jones brewing there for a while. But now, they have become a standard of the Southside area that gets a regular crowd of locals, non-locals, and especially, soccer fans.
