In this episode, we discuss the emerging Brut IPA substyle with an example of the Social Kitchen recipe Greg brewed and an example that Rahr and Sons brewed for their 14th anniversary party. Plus, we have Austin Heisch, the Barrelmaster at Rahr--in studio with us to help discuss their process and then stick around as we get into the discussion of splitting batches for experimenting to get the most from a recipe while trying some versions from Nigel.

Stubby was out of town for this one and we had a few technical issues with the equipment at the beginning of the show that lead to losing the first five or so minutes of Brandon's audio and more or less the first 30 minutes of live video on YouTube.
