In this episode, as summer starts to come to an end, we cover a favorite style for the Fall--BJCP cat. 10C Weizenbock! It’s a strong wheat beer that matures quickly and if you brew it at the end of summer, it’ll be in perfect shape for cooler evenings in October and November.
