Great Kit!!! Review by Ronald

super fast shipping and a very easy brew kit. You won't go wrong brewing this beer, just remember to down load the instruction sheet, as it doesn't come in the box. (Posted on 9/14/2017)
Perfectly Refreshing Review by Glenn

After trying some high ABV styles, I wanted a simple and light beer and I have always enjoyed the Kolsch style. I had to share this with family and it disappeared quickly. There is just something refreshing about this one. I am an uncomplicated brewer and I was worried that an unregulated temp would be a problem. It was not, turned out perfect. (Posted on 3/15/2017)
i screwed up? Review by grady

I screwed up the kit. I forgot or misread the instructions and forgot to add the dry malt and added the hops as scheduled. added malt 60 mins in. boiled for 30 mins extra. 1st(1week) and 2nd(2 weeks, built a fast carb system) thought it was way too hoppy, tasted 3 days later and it is PERFECT! very good! I brewed this one and it came out great. I mowed the lawn a couple days ago and this was something to look forward to at the finish line. I will brew this again! (Posted on 3/5/2017)
