This all grain beer recipe uses traditional German noble hops to balance out the malt sweetness. This super drinkable kolsch is the the ultimate lawnmower beer. Although this beer can be fermented with dry yeast and at room temperature, in order to get a more authentic flavor it is recommended that this beer be fermented and cold aged with liquid yeast, such as the Omega Kolsch II strain.

Yeasts, bottle caps and priming sugar not included.
