I have used this yeast quite a few times and have never had any issues. Good attenuation. Easy. I keep a couple in the fridge at all times! (Posted on 2/28/2018)
A great standard yeast Review by Jonathan

I've used this yeast for more than a decade- it will give you a well attenuated, clean beer. Not appropriate for Belgian styles, but great for British Ale/ESB/Bitter/Mild ales. A great yeast to use when you're experimenting with other ingredients. (Posted on 6/10/2017)
Great All-Around Review by GoTres

This yeast was recommended to me when I first started brewing and it's been a go-to ever since. Good attenuation, low floc, and it just works! Try it when you get tired of starters and stuck fermentation. (Posted on 4/21/2017)
How dry I am! Review by Eric

I used to never give dry yeast the time of day... I was all about the White Labs and making starters. But Austin at TBI just SWORE by this and by god he was right. This yeast is great, neutral, SO EASY, and attenuated nicely without exploding all over the place. I'm a believer. (Posted on 4/11/2017)

I always keep a couple of packages of Safale 05 in my fridge as a backup. It can be used in about any beer and works great. You can count on it every time! (Posted on 3/3/2017)
