The LaSalle's Saison turned out great in the taste and color. It is a very refreshing brew!

  2. One of my favorite brews!

This saison was fantastic! I used the Belle Saison yeast and that monster took it down to 1.002 in 9 days! I didn't believe it and checked it over and over again to make sure. I'm debating as to whether I enjoy this one or the Big D Dunkelweis more! Thanks, TX Brewing!

  3. A perfect summer session ale

A few of the Saisons I have drank lately seem to forget that the Saison was a beer brewed by the Belgian and French farmers to be consumed by the workers during the day. It isn't supposed to be too heavy or high in alcohol.

LaSalle's gets it just right. It is light, refreshing, with a very crisp finish and just a hint of the orange peel and fresh cut grass that Saisons are know for. I absolutely love this beer, it almost makes a Texas summer worth it.
