You want to celebrate with your friends on this festive beer holiday? Never Fear, as this ale version will finish in a much shorter time than the normal lager version. This beer is everything that a Marzen should be, amber color with malty flavor and subtle hop balance that goes down easy. PROST!

Choosing the dry yeast option: Saflager S-04 will add 2 packs to your cart. Overpitching this beer will result in a quick fermentation and a cleaner flavor profile. This is key to the "quick" Oktoberfest method.

Great with pretzels, wurst, snitzel, and polka! Review by Kyle

I did a rush job on this and in a month I had a delicious ale that tasted like an authentic Oktoberfest lager. Malty, smooth and very drinkable. If you don't have a way to keep Temps at lager levels this is an excellent choice. (Posted on 8/9/2016)

I got this harvest fest product to share with friends during the temperature change for the Fall Season. I am very glad I did. Better than that, the wife was glad I did. It turned out malty and creamy and little aftertaste according to the wife. She is not a fan of the hoppy aftertaste in beers. I know now that I had a winner recipe with this kit. Full flavor malt and barley beer is what I was needing and this kit gave me just that.
Again, This was a winner with all my friends as well. (Posted on 8/9/2016)

I got to brew this as a homebrew demonstration during the "Abilene Beer Summit." I had brewed a "Sam Adams Oktoberfest" all-grain clone recipe in July, and was curious about comparing the two. For the time that it took to brew all-grain, with a two-month layering period, this kit was very comparable! I'll definitely be brewing this one again! (Posted on 8/9/2016)
