In few words, this is yet another Mangrove Jack yeast that simply "gets after the sugars".....starts FAST and vigorously, then leaves you with a very nice banana & clove Weizen Beer.
I've used it for several batches comprised of multiple malts and the result is invariably pleasing. I use two packets without a starter - so higher ABV never becomes an issue with this product. (Posted on 8/9/2016)
