Welcome to Stubby's Texas Brewing Inc.

We strongly recommend adding an ice pack to your liquid yeast order. We are located in Texas and even in the "winter" here it is sometimes hot enough here to harm yeast during shipment.

My "go to" lager strain Review by Jon
I love this yeast. It is EXTREMELY versatile. I tend to ferment my lagers on the warmer side (58-62°F) to speed up the process, because I'm impatient. This yeast excels at creating an extremely clean lager profile at that temperature range. I'd even consider giving it a try at warmer temps. Omega OYL-114 is an excellent substitute if 2124 is out of stock. Neither strain will disappoint. (Posted on 5/15/2018)
