Customer Reviews
  1. My "go to" lager strain
    Rating
I love this yeast. It is EXTREMELY versatile. I tend to ferment my lagers on the warmer side (58-62°F) to speed up the process, because I'm impatient. This yeast excels at creating an extremely clean lager profile at that temperature range. I'd even consider giving it a try at warmer temps. Omega OYL-114 is an excellent substitute if 2124 is out of stock. Neither strain will disappoint.
