Omega Kolsch II (OYL-044) Yeast strain is easier to manage than the Omega Kolsch I Strain. It flocculates better and clears quickly. It is a lager-like ale strain that ferments warmer and produces ales that are lightly fruity, crisp, clean, and accentuates hop flavors.

Attenuation: 72-78%
Temperature Range: 65-69° F (18-21° C)
Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV
