Safale K-97 - 500g Brick. German ale yeast that forms a large firm head during fermentation. Low Esters make it suitable for brewing Belgian style wheat beers. Low attenuation provides for good mouthfeel. Attenuation: Low Flocculation: High Temperature Range: 54-77F (Ideally 59-68F)
