Drops clear and works fast Review by Gavin
This is a very clean flavored yeast which works fast and drops very clear. Have used in APA'a as well as more usual English styles with success. I tend to ferment it to the cooler end of its range for a cleaner finish. (Posted on 8/9/2016)

I use this yeast almost exclusively for my ale recipes. I usually ferment in the low 60's F and primary fermentation is complete in a few days for an average 1050 wort. Never had any off flavors with this yeast and always have good flocculation. Typical final gravity is 1009 to 1011, but when I want a maltier finish, I mash at 156-158 and final gravity is 1014-1016. I have used Nottingham in Stouts and Blond Ales and always get fast fermentation with temps in the mid 60s. I never get any off flavors and ways get full attenuation and good flocculation. (Posted on 8/9/2016)
