Sugar and yeast are the main basic ingredients to all fermented beverages. The yeast eat almost all types of sugars and its sugar water that you’re making when you brew or press fruit. Some sugars carbonate, some leave their flavor and color, and some lighten the body and boost the ABV. Well, we have the good stuff. So, go on and say it, “Gimme some sugar, baby!“
