Selected English lager malt is used to produce this fine consistent light malt extract. This pale English malt extract is slightly darker than Muntons Extra Light. It's perfect for use in Pale Ales, IPAs, and Bitters. Manufactured in England by Muntons PLC Typical analysis: Color (EBC Units) 8 - 12, Solids (by refractometer) 80% - 82%, Acidity (as lactic) 1% max, pH 5 - 6%, Free Amino Nitrogen 0.15%
