Château Café Light malt imparts a mild taste and a nutty and distinct coffee flavor to the beer. Adds complexity to any dark ale. Reinforces the color of beer. Can be used for up to 10% of the grain bill in styles like stouts, porters, and brown ales to get some notes of freshly roasted coffee.
