Vintner's Harvest Blood Orange Puree
Vintner's Harvest Blood Orange Puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermenter.
Any recipes for beer and wine that list orange as an ingredient can utilize the Vintner's Harvest Blood Orange Fruit Puree. This puree is absent of seeds and has been commercially sterilized. Due to the seed removal, this puree is slightly more concentrated than if one were to use whole fruit instead. It is recommended that 10-15% less blood orange puree be used than is listed in the recipe. Each can contains 49 ounces of puree.
