Amazing Review by Michael
I used this on a Kolsch style beer. It performed magnificently. It produced an amazing krausen and had fantastic attenuation. The beer came out crisp and clean. (Posted on 8/3/2018)
Great new yeast Review by Allen
Apparently this has been available for commercial brewers for a long time. I used it for a blond/kolsch and was pleased with the results. It is clean when fermented at 60 and I got good attenuation. I lagered it so I didn't have to worry about flocculation. I'm going to use it on all of my pseudo lagers mashing at 148. (Posted on 8/9/2016)
