What is better than tacos and beer? How about a beer inspired by the experience of enjoying both with friends? This recipe inspiration begins with a Belgian Witbier base and includes coriander, lime peel, ancho chili, cumin, sea salt, and just a hint of mesquite smoked malt. Customer Reviews
  1. Great brew, but I expected a little more spice.
    Rating
Easy brew. Great Witbier. Good body and flavor. I expected to taste the spices more, but I still enjoyed it.

    Yielded 3.7 Galllons that I turned into 1 5L mini-keg, 2 liters, 7 lint’s and a 12 pack.
    10.67% ABV.

The truth wil come out at my Oktoberfest party where it is one on 9 brews on the menu, plus a Root Beer.
