After careful consideration Texas Brewing has decided to keep the storefront closed until at least the end of May. This decision was made due to the rising Covid cases in DFW as well as the overwhelming amount of online support and sales. We strive to give our customers the best customer service possible and feel like remaining closed will allow us to maintain not only a safe environment for both our employees and customers, but to also continue to provide our customers excellent package shipping time and curbside service. This will also allow us time to put in the steps and procedures necessary to safely open the storefront. Thanks for all of your support and understanding in this trying time.

We appreciate how well our customers have helped us adjust to the changes that the global spread of COVID-19 has required of all of us. Your patience and kindness have continued to make us proud of the homebrew community. While we understand that many businesses are opening back up to a 25% capacity, we do not see it as a realistic option for us in a way in which we can maintain the level of service with which we pride ourselves in providing. The health and safety of everyone - our families, our employees, and our customers - remains most important during this time.  This, in addition to the increased volume of homebrew orders, have led us to the decision to maintain a closed storefront for the time being.  We will continue to fill Curbside Pickup and Ship Out orders in the manner in which we have been.  

We plan to reevaluate our standing on May 15th, but please feel free to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns you may have.

 

We truly appreciate your continued support during this challenging time for everyone.


Stay safe and healthy, and don't forget to enjoy a nice, cold pour of homebrew from time to time.

While every company is doing the best that they can to keep up with the rapidly evolving changes, these are the procedures that we are following in order to:

  • keep up with demand
  • follow the law
  • maintain a clean work environment

We have elected to be more cautious than some organizations because, as a small business, even minute disruptions can cause issues that may affect the speed and accuracy with which orders are processed.

 

How this affects Curbside Pickup Orders:

  • All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Our Curbside Pickup hours are Noon-5:00pm each Monday-Friday.
  • Due to social distancing practices, all orders will be placed onto a table that is sanitized between each pickup.
  • Two tables, clearly numbered, will be maintained in front of the store.
  • Pull into our parking lot after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
  • To ensure that e-mail from TBI gets filtered to your Inbox, please copy and paste our e-mail address into your address book: info@texasbrewinginc.com
  • Call when you arrive and tell us the last name under which your order was placed. (682-647-1267 ext. 103)  
  • You will then be told which table to watch for your order.  
  • Once the entirety of your order is on the designated table and the associate has gone back into the store, you are free to grab your items.  
  • You are welcome to check over your order at the pickup table, as we will be sanitizing the tables after each order pickup.
  • We understand that many of our customers are used to asking us questions when they come visit our store, but due to recent events, we must stress that we are only available to answer any questions that you may have via phone or our online chat and messaging systems.  
  • We ask that everyone be mindful of other customers.  Please make sure to continue to practice social distancing, especially if we are experiencing a busy pickup window. 
  • We are strongly encouraging all of our local customers to take advantage of our Flat Rate Shipping option, as most of Texas falls within the UPS Standard Next Day window. 

 

How this affects Shipped Orders:

  • All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
  • We will continue to send shipment confirmations which include your tracking information.
  • We are running a shipping special: FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on qualifying orders of $49 and up.  Standard Flat Rate Shipping Restrictions Apply.
  • Orders placed by 4:00pm local time usually ship out the same day!
  • To ensure that e-mail from TBI gets filtered to your Inbox, please copy and paste our e-mail address into your address book: info@texasbrewinginc.com
  • UPS and FedEx have announced that they cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will maintain the same quick turnaround procedures that we had in place before.

 

How this affects CO2 Tank Refills:

  • All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Our CO2 Tank Refill hours are Noon-5:00pm each Monday-Friday.
  • Due to heightened sanitizing procedures, the tank refill will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Call when you arrive and tell us the last name under which your order was placed. (682-647-1267 ext. 103)  
  • One of our associates will instruct you where to place your CO2 Tank.
  • Please DO NOT put your CO2 Tank on one of the pickup tables, as we are not filling CO2 Tanks at the front of the store.
  • Your CO2 Tank will be disinfected before and after it has been filled.
  • We ask for your patience while we practice the safest cleanliness procedures for everyone.

 

We have always appreciated how patient, friendly, and courteous homebrewers are, however we are especially grateful during this challenging time.

To our valued customers,

We love to brew, and we love it when you brew with us. However, your safety is--and will always be--our top priority. Our customers and our communities are what make brewing great, and we want to do our part to keep both safe during this unusual and challenging time.

For the time being our storefront will be closed, effective immediately. We are strongly encouraging all customers to take advantage of our free shipping option, however, you can also order online and select Pickup at Store during checkout. In keeping with recently recommended guidelines, we will bring your order right out to your car. Please wait until you receive an e-mail stating that your order is ready and then give us a call at 682-647-1267, ext. 103 when you arrive.

The stringent food safety protocols we follow will remain in place as always to help mitigate any risks associated with Covid-19.

As it stands, our shipping partners have not announced any delays to their regularly scheduled services, and in turn, we will continue to ship out orders with a speedy turnaround. Our local customers and most of Texas are in the next-day delivery window. Instructions for Will Call Orders

1.  Order normally through our website.  If you have any questions, or need help locating any products please feel free to reach out to us via our online chat service, by phone at 682-647-1267, ext. 103, or by e-mail at info@texasbrewinginc.com.

2. During Checkout select the Pickup in Store option.

3. Please wait for us to send you an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.  We are fulfilling orders as fast as possible in the order in which they are received. 

4. When you arrive at our parking lot just give us a call at 682-647-1267, ext. 103 with your name and order number and we will bring your order out to your vehicle.  Please note Curbside Pickup is only available Monday through Friday, 12PM to 5PM.



UPS
 has temporarily suspended their service guarantee until further notice.  Keep this in mind when selecting Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select.

Live Presentation And Q&A Schedule

Texas Brewing Inc. would like to announce our new daily video series and Q&A sessions.  As we are all starting to feel a bit isolated, and especially now that our storefront has closed to the public, we want to find ways to remain connected to our community.  Each day at 3 PM CDT, tune in to our Facebook or YouTube channel to ask us questions about different brewing-related topics and watch live presentations.
