In this episode, we discuss the effects of age on cellared beer and a few of the things you need to think about when you choose to save a fresh beer for later. Time in storage does not always improve every style and there are windows in which some styles will peak before going downhill. Also, in other topics, we get back into discussing water chemistry and how it affects your finished beers.

Remember, if you have beers you want to have discussed on the show, whether you are a patron or not, you can always get in contact with us and we'll be glad to try them and discuss them on the air. In fact, we'll soon have a whole new spinoff show each month that directly focuses on YOUR beers.
