In the episode we talk about our favorite event of the year: The Bluebonnet Brewoff! As always, the event was a huge success and a good time was had by all. But what we really want to know is what we are going to do with these scoresheets? What feedback should we listen to, and what feedback should we ignore? So, we go through a few and discuss the best approaches to what was received.
Also, we talk about summer brewing! When the weather turns hot, we not only change the styles we brew we change our processes, both on the hot side and the fermentation side. We talk about what methods we use to deal with the hotter temperatures and what styles we brew to beat the heat and satisfy our thirsty friends!
Remember, if you have beers you want to have discussed on the show, whether you are a patron or not, you can always get in contact with us and we'll be glad to try them and discuss them on the air. In fact, we'll soon have a whole new spinoff show each month that directly focuses on YOUR beers.
