In this episode, we welcome the crew from The Best Little Brewfest in Texas, the only pro-brewers competition and 100% charity craft beer fest in the state of Texas. It’s coming up on June 20th, so if you haven’t bought your tickets, it’s time!
Their goal is to impress you with over 80 breweries and 200+ craft brews--many of which are from Texas. In addition to that, you’ll also find craft ciders, Texas wines, and distilled spirits for sampling. All done with a focus on craft beer and making a difference. It’s a great fest and a great opportunity to sample and learn about a variety of craft beer styles while making a HUGE impact on the community. So be sure to get your tickets and if you miss this year, be sure to check it out next year! In the last year they were able to contribute more than $45,000 to: Metroport Meals on Wheels, MHMR, Touched by Suicide, Rachel’s Challenge, Special Abilities of North Texas, and Youth and Family Counseling. So just by going to the festival and enjoying some great craft beer, you will be helping someone else in need!
