In this episode, we wanted to introduce another new segment for beginning and intermediate brewers coming from the point of view of our resident Brit--Making Plans for Nigel. Perhaps some of you recognize the song reference. Basically, Nigel comes at us with a list of questions that he had as a beginning brewer through to his current practices. After that, we hit our 4th installment of Hop-o-Rama!

We had a great discussion that covered more ground than we expected when answering Nigel's questions, so we definitely plan to revisit his list in future discussions. Until then, if you are an inexperienced brewer or looking for some different vantage points on some common questions, this episode is one for you!

In our fourth Hop-o-Rama segment, we cover Willamette and Amarillo for the American hops, Phoenix and Admiral for the English, and Mandarina Bavaria and Smaragd for the Nobel hops. An interesting set to say the least.
