Great mellow drinking beer Review by Jeff

After brewing several IPAs and other hoppy beers lately, I decided to mellow it down for a change. This came out great. I don't expect it to be on tap for long! (Posted on 10/16/2018)
Great taste! Review by Nick

Ok so I bought this to be my first brew. Well things happened, and wound up forgetting about this kit. So it sat for about a year. Finally remembered it, it was my 6th brew. The taste on this is excellent! Taste better than "the Texas bock beer" it has gone quick and will definitely be made again at this house. (Posted on 1/24/2018)

Great easy drinking beer Review by Allen

I fermented this in the low 60s with US-05 and really enjoyed the outcome. The taste was a little more roasted than the Texas Bock that we all know at first but after a few weeks in the fridge it mellowed nicely! (Posted on 8/9/2016)
Easy and smooth Review by Al

This was a nice beer to make but not much on body. I will make this one again due to ease of making. (Posted on 8/9/2016)
